A lot has changed...

Let's see... Where to start?

Since snowmageddon of 2010, our lives have drastically changed and for the better! I can't believe we never wrote an update, but I suppose you could say we have been busy! Midsummer of 2010, after loads of time treating and healing, I finally got pregnant. We had baby Xavier on march 2, 2011, and our lives have been forever improved! The pregnancy was fantastic; the birth was definitely not! More on that later or another post... For now, we are enjoying our almost 11 month old, and our new roles as parents. We relish each day! He's such a great testimony to God's love for us...

Snowmaggedon 2010

There's nothing like a snowstorm with many FEET of snow, to make you update your blog. A lot has happened since July. I (Kat) was diagnosed with severe autoimmune Graves Hyperthyroidism and concommitant Type 1 Diabetes. Life's been interesting since then for sure. We went to Greece in September, and I certainly need to load pics for that trip. It was amazing!

Anyways, we're house bound...but this week, we at least have power. Enjoy the pic!

I almost forgot!

Dee and I got to see Paul McCartney as he performed an impromptu concert on top of the Ed Sullivan Theatre/ The Late Show/ CBS Marquee! See the pics!

Almost the end of July 2009

Let's see, it's time for an update. It's been 4+ months since we wrote anything. We've traveled to Rehoboth Beach, DE (for our 6th anniversary in May), NYC over Memorial Day W/E (and stayed at Le Parker Meredien), and are planning an amzing trip to Greece. We have our main USA to Athens tickets and are trying to decide about what stops in Greece. Santorinin, Folegandros, and Crete are the main destinations. Thad is still plugging away at his degree in Film Producing from AU, and I signed up in May for my 90 day exam for my pediatrics certification from Academy for Family Practice, a chiropractic organization. I took all the classes through the ICPA, and thought I was sufficiently prepared; apparently not!

Since we have been studying so much, we havent had a heap of time to spend with friends, but hope once the fall comes around, we'll get back to hanging out with folks.

What else is up?

We are both in the wedding party for a dear friend on November 7th, 2009 in NJ, we hope to get back on the TRI bandwagon, and we'd love to travel more.

I, Kat, just got back from a 3 day trip to NYC (in July) with Denise. We flew in to LGA ( I usually dislike flying to NYC - unecessary :) ) and we spent 3 days running around. We did alot of touristy things, and went to a show: Mamma Mia, which I had seen in London, UK in Sept 2007. Pretty good! In fact, going to Mamma Mia tonight for the outdoor movie (seen it way too many times).

Cannot believe how time flies....

Back from Vegas

Welcome to our first blog. We saw a few friends have blogs, and now, we're finally jumping on the bandwagon. Enjoy!
